This involved integrating with the existing IHG CRM platform, developing and managing a SMS based messaging system as well as developing a mobile client application for IHG priority club members which allowed them to access relevant information, including points, hotel deals and other travel related information. Priority Club Rewards member were able to make reservations at over 4,500 hotels worldwide, redeem Priority Club Rewards points for hotel stays, viewing hotel info and maps and click-to-call hotel front desk.
The mobile solution also offered traveler friendly features including customizable world clock, currency convertor and an innovative packing list.
