To drive users awareness and participation we installed iBeacons in key “wait” locations e.g. Taxi line and hotel reception.
We helped Park Hyatt restructure & re-launch their wechat experience to make it more intuitive and in-line with what a guest would be looking for. Content is easily accessible with as few clicks as possible.
Features wise, we main focus was on F&B outlets, showcasing vibrant mouth watering photos of the food encouraging to make reservations via Wechat
In addition to this we also integrated their online booking system so that guests can see photos of the room and make a reservation on the spot
Guests can shake within wechat to receive a free glass of wine at Xiu by following the Park Hyatt Wechat account
